3M® Vinyl Decal with Laminate
TUFFRONTS award winning design team coupled with 3M controltac is a force to be reckoned with. 3M Controltac revolutionizes how easy it is to cover vending machines, vehicles, and just about anything you want to wrap. 3M Controtac with UV protection over lamination has a built-in rapid air release. Air channels are cut into the backside of the cast vinyl. The channels allow the air to be released during installation. Installers can easily reposition this vinyl to align images. 3M controltac vinyl is pressure activated adhesive. After you have this vinyl located in the right place apply pressure to activate the adhesive to make an instant bond that cures in 72 hours. 3M controltac allows the installer to heat the product to remove wrinkles. Installers can heat this vinyl to conform to different shapes and compound curves.

Pre-Cut Parts
TUFFRONTS Pre-Cut Parts. High-resolution graphics printed to pre-cut parts. These parts are made of pressure-sensitive vinyl with a protective over-laminate film. The vinyl is then mounted to styrene and then backed with 1 inch strips of 3m 5ml peel-back adhesive. These parts can be easily installed on vending machines with flat fronts that have pre-existing removeable panels. They can also be used on the sides of vending machines.
